Welcome to Baton Rouge, Louisiana and the Southern Interstate Ministries Conference. It is indeed a pleasure to extend a welcome to the saints from across the South. We gather in Baton Rouge because we are concerned about being strengthened and equipped as the people of God. We gather because we are concered about the state of the Church.
